Behavior-Based Course

Behavior-Based Course Training is offered by InSource Insurance Group LLC. Professional training is a federal requirement for anyone in the oil and gas industry, and many other industries benefit as well. We offer our customers access to the BLR Employee Training Center, and other safety training resources, where they can access a variety of training programs.

Our dedicated team of safety professionals works to keep your business’s risk management costs as low as possible. We offer OSHA safety training, behavior-based courses, and employee safety training. If your team requires in-person training, we have offices in Midland, Odessa, and Lubbock, TX, and we also have remote representatives throughout the state.
