Behavior Based Safety Training

This is a 2-day programme specially designed for participants who interested to understand the behavior based safety within human resource management, method and tactic on increasing human behavior based on daily activities.

Adopting a culture of Human as an important assets with believe of nothing can be change without human intervention, this programme will help the organization in developing human capital as a resources to increase productivity with correct behavior.

Incidents and accident happened in many organization is due to human carelessness, incorrect behavior and wrong intervention, building up correct safe behavior will tremendously reduce accident and incident rate. Thus this program will develop an internal awareness level and responsibility to individual as contributor to increase organizational behavior base safety culture.

Upon completion of the course, participants will be able to:

• To make correlation between Human Resource Management (HRM) with the function of Occupational safety and health management.
• Define the responsibilities between HRM and the function of OSHM in developing Behavior Based Safety.
• Explain the important of attitude and behavior toward safety culture development.
• Explain the programs and strategy to implement Behavior Based Safety in working environment.
• Safety culture development in an organization and individual contributor.
