Our team have carefully selected approachable, skilful and empowering teachers to deliver a variety of dance style and fitness classes, as well as experienced practitioners delivering weekly yoga classes, and regular mindfulness and mental well-being courses.
A distinctive part of Ardour Academy includes life coaching and counselling session with experienced and accredited counsellors and psychotherapist which can be booked in advance.
We view the “soul” aspect of the Academy present in the sense of community we have created and the coffee shop and bar area where members and participants can enjoy a relaxing and fun time before and after a classes.

In our Belly dancing classes, you will learn how to isolate the different parts of your body, improve your posture, tone up. You will discover muscles you never knew existed and learn how to use them to create beautiful movements.
This Beginner/Improver Belly Dance class with Jaleh focuses on learning the fundamental techniques and basics of Oriental Dance (Belly Dance).
In this class every week we will go through a new choreography as well as learning new exciting moves. We will often cover different styles of belly dance in each class, such as oriental, shaabi, Moroccan and more.
You will learn how to execute the moves distinctive to the format while playing finger cymbals (zillar/sagat) and apply principles key to the format.
