Training in the movements of Bharathanatyam steps, gestures and other elements, progressing to various recital items such as alaripu, thillanas, jathiswarams, varnamsand other compositions upto the performance of recitals namely Salangai Pooja and Arangetram.
Bharatnatyam dance classes are offered by Shivani Institute of Music and Dance. We have a very soft method of coaching. Our Teachers are well Qualified, Experienced & Traditional.
Class sizes are maintained in order for our faculty to be able to provide focused attention to all students.
Bharatanatyam is taught in the school in Kanchipuram style. Special sessions on Adavus or a particular item is also available.
