For those who need training due to work requirements or who want more knowledge to respond to emergencies at home. Workplaces must follow the first aid requirements outlined in Regulation 1101.

Emergency first aid with Level A CPR (EFA/A)  is an 8-hour course that includes the Duties, Responsibilities, and Liabilities of providing first aid in the province of Ontario (Good Samaritan Legislation).
First aid training is focused on basic life support skills and includes AED and Level C (Adult, Child & Infant) CPRÂ training.
Standard First Aid provides comprehensive training covering all aspects of first and CPR, giving an in-depth understanding of first aid training including: legal implications, bone and joint injuries, spinal injuries.
