Body Massage Course

This newly restructured course, enables you to to perform a perfect relaxing body massage. Part One consists of the Anatomy and Physiology Course Manual, this is to be completed at home and alongside your Body Massage Homes Studies manual.

There are 10 modules and each module works its way through the human body giving you more understanding on how the body works and why we may need to adapt certain parts of a body massage treatment.

Part two of the course is designed to teach you the techniques to a Body Massage using traditional Swedish techniques. Body massage is an essential skill for any budding beauty or holistic therapist.

During the practical day you will learn all the theory required and the practical knowledge to perform a full body massage. You are required to work on one another assessment is ongoing through the home study manual and the practical day.
