Teen classes focus on kickboxing, building self-confidence and awareness, as well as sparring and fitness conditioning. Our adult classes are designed around the 3 pillars of a well-rounded fighter: striking, clinching, and ground fighting. Classes include sparring and strength conditioning. All levels are welcome. A woman's-only class is available once a week.

Our beginner boxing class is the most popular class for members looking to understand the art of boxing. Tao coaches will focus on the accurate form of your punches, slips, blocking, and footwork.

This class will alternate between boxing and punching series and booty-focused strengthening circuits. Each class will end with a core finisher and attack round. There’s a fighter in each an every one of us!
