To be a champion, you have to believe in yourself when no one else will. This class is guaranteed to take your fitness to the next level. Designed to improve strength, coordination, and cardio endurance. Expect shadow boxing, combination work, cardio and resistance training, high-intensity interval training, and a whole bunch of core work!
