In this dynamic class, we turn up the intensity and push you to excel further by adding more complex partner drills with combinations to help you become a more well-rounded boxer.
It’s you versus the bag! Learn basic boxing skills and techniques while increasing your muscular strength and cardio endurance. Build a rock-solid core, back, and shoulders as you burn hundreds of calories.
All skill levels welcome. Learn self defense, shred fat, and increase lean muscle, stamina and metabolism. Find the will to push yourself harder than you have before.
The soul mission of our boxing program is the help the individual realize his or her potential and become a stronger, fitter and more confident person.
This class will alternate between boxing and punching series and booty-focused strengthening circuits. Each class will end with a core finisher and attack round. There’s a fighter in each an every one of us!
