Our coed boxing technique class, suitable for ages 15 and up, is your path to boxing mastery. Our instructors will guide you in perfecting every aspect of the sport, from footwork and technically precise punches to impenetrable defenses.
In addition to being a popular combat sport, boxing is also an excellent way to get in shape. Our classes will challenge your cardiovascular fitness and build your strength and endurance. You'll also enjoy the stress-relieving benefits of this high-intensity workout.
Classes will focus on developing the correct application of techniques of boxing and kickboxing—the jab, cross, hook, roundhouse kicks, etc.
With boxing, you engage your lower and upper body and core as you punch and kick heavy bags and hand mitts.
