The Jabz Boxing workout is a full body, boxing-inspired circuit that’s as fun as it is effective. You’ll punch, kick, lift, and row in every class; supported and motivated by teammates and highly trained coaches.
This class will alternate between boxing and punching series and booty-focused strengthening circuits. Each class will end with a core finisher and attack round. There’s a fighter in each an every one of us!
