Course Details

Hammer Boxing will take you through 55 minutes of instruction on basic boxing skills and techniques, led by retired and active professional boxers. They will show you how to get in the best shape of your life, teaching you shadow boxing and hand-eye coordination through the use of bag work and target mitts. You will certainly be challenged, but rest assured, you will be eager to sign up for the next class.
