Ricardo Andre is the force behind Hudson Boxing Gym's success. But with almost 15 years of experience in the fitness industry and 5 years as a professional boxer, Ricardo is known as the “Sweetest Scientist of Boxing!”.
Throughout his career, Ricardo has honed his skills as a certified personal trainer, injury rehabilitation specialist, and manager at renowned fitness clubs like Equinox and New York City Sports Club. Boxing classes is offered by UBC Gym (Underground Boxing and Conditioning). Conventional gyms are dull and obsolete. You are in need of a special training facility. We offer weight sets, steps, kettle bells, resistance bands and all else required for the most effective workout.
Our advanced program is an hour-long class that focuses on learning how to spar and using the fundamental techniques in the ring. It is required to be registered with USA Boxing to spar at Topeira Boxing Club.
Our signature “BEATBOX” class makes boxing fun and easy while delivering a total body workout that burns fat and builds lean muscle. You’ll be moving, punching, and defending to the beat of music while burning a ton of calories. All fitness and experience levels are welcome!
In addition to being a popular combat sport, boxing is also an excellent way to get in shape. Our classes will challenge your cardiovascular fitness and build your strength and endurance. You'll also enjoy the stress-relieving benefits of this high-intensity workout.
