Our punch tracking technology system, Jabz K.O., allows you to track results and progress in every class and over time. No prior boxing experience is necessary, & every workout is scalable to all fitness levels.
Not cheerleaders nor drill sergeants, Jabz Boxing® coaches seamlessly blend supportive motivation with a little tough love to help you discover your inner fighter. You can trust that our coaches are highly trained; we require that all coaches hold a current personal training or group fitness certification from an accredited organization.
Our in-house training program, Jabz Boxing® Training Camp, further prepares each Jabz Boxing® coach to deliver a safe, effective, and fun workout each and every time!

This class will alternate between boxing and punching series and booty-focused strengthening circuits. Each class will end with a core finisher and attack round. There’s a fighter in each an every one of us!
The boxing classes at Team Quest in Portland are great for people of all skill levels to learn proper foot work, head movement, speed and reaction drills that will help you learn the "sweet science".
