Your boxing coach will show you how to execute the basic 6 punches of boxing, so you’ll be ready to box with confidence and move into the other class formats with more skill. As you learn the basics on the bags, you will also work up a great sweat!

In our Krav Maga classes, we keep things as simple as possible. Our Heavy Bag classes allow us to explore striking, footwork, and defensive maneuvers at a deeper level and in greater detail.
This class will alternate between boxing and punching series and booty-focused strengthening circuits. Each class will end with a core finisher and attack round. There’s a fighter in each an every one of us!
