The focus of Premier Boxing for Fitness is to increase mobility and functionality while adding strength and longevity to your body and your life! We deliver one-on-one training but in a group setting, to help motivate and challenge you!
Brave Boxing Club offers boxing classes for all. As a new kind of boxing gym, we provide flexible classes.
Classes will focus on developing the correct application of techniques of boxing and kickboxing—the jab, cross, hook, roundhouse kicks, etc.
Join us for boxing basics and learn the art of boxing. Boxing techniques build a strong body and mind from which one can transition into more advanced stages, including a diversity of exercises and modifications to suit a range of difficulties, from beginner to advanced, amateur to professional.
