KGQ Boxing is a family-owned and operated boxing club that just recently relocated to Arizona from Montana. The club offers 2 certified USA boxing instructors with a professional boxing background.
Our team has been competing, coaching, and traveling with our amateur boxing club around the Northwest for the past 18 years. KGQ Boxing is ready to expand and give this community a fresh perspective with a nice range of classes for the whole family. Have your child learn the art of hitting and not getting hit. Learn punching, head movement, foot work, angling, timing, counters and much more in our fun and friendly environment.
The Jabz Boxing workout is a full body, boxing-inspired circuit that’s as fun as it is effective. You’ll punch, kick, lift, and row in every class; supported and motivated by teammates and highly trained coaches.
This class will alternate between boxing and punching series and booty-focused strengthening circuits. Each class will end with a core finisher and attack round. There’s a fighter in each an every one of us!
Intense training that teaches the art of boxing. Your body and mind will be conditioned to perform under pressure. Training like a boxer doesn't require the participant to spar or compete.
Personal boxing session is offered by the San Diego Boxing Academy. Having developed and trained people from all over the world.
