KGQ Boxing is a family-owned and operated boxing club that just recently relocated to Arizona from Montana. The club offers 2 certified USA boxing instructors with a professional boxing background.
Our team has been competing, coaching, and traveling with our amateur boxing club around the Northwest for the past 18 years. KGQ Boxing is ready to expand and give this community a fresh perspective with a nice range of classes for the whole family. In this dynamic class, we turn up the intensity and push you to excel further by adding more complex partner drills with combinations to help you become a more well-rounded boxer.
Our beginner boxing class is the most popular class for members looking to understand the art of boxing. Tao coaches will focus on the accurate form of your punches, slips, blocking, and footwork.
All skill levels welcome. Learn self defense, shred fat, and increase lean muscle, stamina and metabolism. Find the will to push yourself harder than you have before.
Technical boxing and strength training, led by former IBO and IBF Light Heavyweight champion Glen Johnson. Come learn from the best!
This class will alternate between boxing and punching series and booty-focused strengthening circuits. Each class will end with a core finisher and attack round. There’s a fighter in each an every one of us!
