Fundamentals is a simple but effective class to build confidence and a basic understanding of boxing and strength training at Rumble. You’ll spend half the time learning boxing combos on our aqua-filled bags and half the time learning strength training techniques. This 10-round class is great for newcomers and those looking to get back into their fitness routine.
At Rumble, we believe the hour we spend working out can inspire the other 23 hours of our day. We believe hard work can put on some party pants and shake its hard-working ass. We believe in sharing our good vibes and energy with the world, and in many ways, it’s our most important offering. And more than anything, we believe in each other.
At its epicenter, Rumble is a collection of the most inspiring fitness instructors on the planet. Impressive athletes in their own regard, they step onto the podium at Rumble as part DJ, part motivational speaker, and complete Master of Ceremony.
The 45 minutes that follow are an awesome orchestration of a workout engineered for custom hip-hop and house mash-ups. The music, the lights, the program, and the collective heartbeat of the room all come together as if it were a collaboration from the beginning—as if Cardi B. wrote this song, for this moment, for you, to run this shit like cardio.

It’s group fitness for the individual. We believe in the power of coming together to fight for a collective goal, but we also celebrate what it means to be unique. Rumble was created to shake up the stale norms of the group fitness world, and we remain committed to less cheesy fitness B.S. and more authenticity. Let’s be real. Let’s be powerful. And let’s do it all with some style and grace.
We offer group classes, private lessons, small group lessons and supervised sparring sessions. All levels are welcome! We love beginners, so don't be shy.
When youth participate in boxing, it’s a metaphor for life. The same skills youth need in the ring are the skills they need to succeed as adults—iin work, family, and community.
Jump roping, shadowboxing, partner drills, heavybags, speedbags, and pad work are incorporated into every class. Instructors work on boxing fundamentals and endurance, with a heavy emphasis on technique.
Our youth classes incorporate boxing technique and skill, exercise, fun drills, and team building. Our goal is to create a passion for boxing as well as teach problem solving and perseverance.
The boxing skills class is where the magic happens! The skills class is geared toward fitness clients who want to learn more about the science and technique of boxing.
