Owner, boxer, and trainer Jamie McGrath won the New York Golden Gloves 3 times and became a world boxing champ after winning in Finland. Training and helping clients unlock their mental and physical power is her passion.
She has worked with professional and collegiate athletes, children as young as 6, and men and women who just want to lose weight and be in top physical condition. Clients achieve results they never thought possible.
No matter your age or level of fitness, when you come to Southpaw, you are part of a family. Small group training, less than 8 people per class, allows for one-on-one coaching with Jamie and the support and camaraderie of the group.
