Looking for a rock-solid body? As you learn to master the six basic boxing punches, you’re sure to get shredded. Boxing conditioning combines strength work and cardio conditioning to achieve total body balance. Move through a series of seven 3-minute rounds, alternating between speed and power.
Hit your core with extra attention before class ends. Get an extra rush from the energy in class. It’s second to none! Open to all skill levels and designed to be scaled. We welcome beginners and can challenge an advanced athlete. Grab your wraps and gloves and meet your coach in the bag area!

Boxing classes are offered by the Southwestern Amateur Boxing Association. At the heart of our mission is the USA Boxing commitment to promoting Olympic-style amateur boxing in the United States.
The Rumble Boxing Intro class is perfect for first-timers to experience the Rumble workout in a small group setting. You’ll start with a studio tour to meet our trainers, staff, and state-of-the-art custom equipment.
Boxing conditioning classes are structured into interval "rounds" with a mix of bodyweight exercises. These workouts are designed to build endurance, strength, and coordination. This stress-relieving workout will get you burning anywhere from 400 to 600 calories per class.
Boxing classes are offered by Rock Steady Boxing.
Jump roping, shadowboxing, partner drills, heavybags, speedbags, and pad work are incorporated into every class. Instructors work on boxing fundamentals and endurance, with a heavy emphasis on technique.
