This is an intense hour-long cardio workout which caters to all fitness levels. Half the class will be spent on the bag and the rest will be spent conditioning your body all while listening to the best tracks.
The sport or practice of fighting with the fists, especially with padded gloves. Offering an intense cardio workout.
Boxing and Boxfit classes are excellent for getting fit and toned. The boxing class is more technique orientated with partner drills and sparring. We cater for the boxfit members in the boxing class as well, when the boxing class does sparring they will be split up from the general class
Boxing Course is Offered by Bluff boxing Academy. We train in a well lit and well ventilated gym with change rooms, parking and toilet facilities.
Fight Club SA will empower you with the necessary skills to achieve various fitness goals whilst training in the sport of boxing. Our approach is focused on understanding and developing the skill of boxing as a means of increasing core strength.
