Cardio and Calorie Burning
You will rarely stop moving during a boxing workout. Shuffling from side to side, punching, and jumping rope keep the heart rate up, improving your cardiovascular fitness while also blasting calories. A 150-pound female will burn 199 calories simply using the punching bag for 30 minutes. Add in jumping rope at a moderate pace and the total rises to 279 calories.

Join us for boxing basics and learn the art of boxing. Boxing techniques build a strong body and mind from which one can transition into more advanced stages, including a diversity of exercises and modifications to suit a range of difficulties, from beginner to advanced, amateur to professional.
Boxing classes are offered by BodiesbyOsby Boxing and Fitness Academy. There's a lot of boxing gyms. There are even more fitness gyms. But there's only one lab where the upgrades are real.
All Ages K.O. classes are our Boxing K.O. classes with the added benefit of parents being able to bring their school-aged children to participate during this time. Children must be over age 7 and be able to keep pace and stay on task during class.
