Boxing has been nicknamed “The Sweet Science” for a reason. Despite what the casual observer may think, boxing is more of a mental practice than a physical one
This program is for graduates of beginners and intermediates. More difficult and complex kick/punch combos are introduced. Penetration Step introduced to Intermediates II.
Intensity radiates throughout classes, where everyone is welcome to sweat it out together! Get challenged to push your limits with calorie-torching boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Strength & Conditioning, Abs Class, Yoga, and more.
Head-to-toe sweat is what you can expect from each class. We don’t just run you; we teach you how to throw punches and the importance of footwork so that your workouts are safer, more effective, and an incredible fitness and learning experience.
Boxing classes is offered by Wing Chun Fight ClubHe began basic boxing training in his early 20's. Learning to punch and basic footwork in drills, heavy bags, speed bags, focus mitts, and the double end ball.
