Boxing (small group training) classes are offered by Fight Force Fitness. No experience is needed to get started! I've worked with autistic clients, clients with Parkinson's disease, children as young as 8, amputees, and even an alien! And if you're with the Secret Service, please disregard that last entry.
I am a former professional fighter with over 10 years of experience in Muay Thai/boxing/kickboxing. My speciality is teaching people the finer points of technique with proper punching, kicking, knees, and elbows for fitness, self-defense, learning, or if you would like to compete.

Boxing Classes isn offered by James Shuler Boxing Gym. On every wall, there are murals of past fighters and team members, including Shuler himself, who have earned their place in this gym's and the boxing world's history. The gym's largest mural honors the team that started the gym back in 1993.
When youth participate in boxing, it’s a metaphor for life. The same skills youth need in the ring are the skills they need to succeed as adults—iin work, family, and community.
Jump roping, shadowboxing, partner drills, heavybags, speedbags, and pad work are incorporated into every class. Instructors work on boxing fundamentals and endurance, with a heavy emphasis on technique.
Our youth classes incorporate boxing technique and skill, exercise, fun drills, and team building. Our goal is to create a passion for boxing as well as teach problem solving and perseverance.
Boxing classes help your body build functional strength and power, regardless of how old you are. Build your body as you hone your mind using applicable, real-world techniques.
