One of the things I really like about Nathan's gym is how unpretentious it is—just get in there, do the work in a great positive and constructive way.
Our gym is dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals through a combination of boxing training and functional fitness exercise. We believe in coaching our members using a broad, all-inclusive fitness base that will challenge you to become better at nearly any physical task.
We offer a wide range of classes and training programs designed to help you increase your strength, stamina, speed, agility and explosiveness. Our gym is fully equipped with everything you need to achieve your fitness goals, including heavy bags, speed bags, kettle bells, and cardio equipment.
And our friendly and welcoming community is always ready to support you and cheer you on. The goal is to get you truly in the best shape of your life, and our coaches will do everything we can do to get you there.
For non-members, you can expect a great free introductory workout on your first visit, which will be focused on boxing and functional fitness. The workout will be hard, but only as hard as you want it to be. We do like to challenge people, but we don’t like to push them beyond their limits until they are ready to go there.
Once you become a member, you will have access to our group classes, open gym time, nutritional counseling, and routine fitness assessments and coaching. Members can come to as many classes as they want and can utilize the gym as often as they need to reach their goals, have fun and get fit. If you’re a member, the BBBC will be all the gym you need - a one stop shop for all encompassing fitness!
Heavybag Training (Boxing & Kickboxing) course is offered by 10 Hands Fitness + Fight Sports. In the heavy bag training classes, you’ll master punching and kicking techniques essential for getting the most from your workout and improving your skills on the heavy bag.
In our boxing class, all levels of experience are welcome! From beginners and amateur competitors to professional fighters, everyone will receive technical instruction as well as the great workout you would expect from training in a professional boxing gym.
Join us for boxing basics and learn the art of boxing. Boxing techniques build a strong body and mind from which one can transition into more advanced stages, including a diversity of exercises and modifications to suit a range of difficulties, from beginner to advanced, amateur to professional.
