All our lessons are one on one with the teacher, so that the student receives the teachers undivided attention. This provides the best opportunity for learning, and ensure that lessons are tailored to the needs of the individual.
Proper technique and theory are taught, whilst still ensuring that lessons are fun and engaging for students. We provide experienced teachers, all of whom have a working with children check.
Doncaster Music Centre, formerly Ian Steeds School of Music, was established in 1982 and has been one of the most notable music schools in the Eastern suburbs for the past few decades.
Situated in Doncaster East, Doncaster Music Centre has been offering the community professional music lessons specialising in Piano, Keyboard, Guitar, Bass, Flute, Clarinet, Saxophone, Singing, Violin and Drums.
We cater to the local community, with students from areas such as Doncaster, Doncaster East, Blackburn, Donvale, Templestowe, Box Hill and Bulleen. All our lessons are held in our school in Jackson Court, Doncaster East.

The primary emphasis of our woodwinds lessons is fostering correct technique. Regular scale and arpeggio practice is essential to one’s progress.
We are pleased to now offer clarinet lessons to all ages and stages. Learn for fun or establish performance or examination goals. Our tutors can support you regardless of where you are at.
Clarinet can be tricky to make a note in the beginning. It requires the proper embouchure (mouth & lip position) and good deal of breath control using the player's diaphragm. It is best learn from around 9 years of age.
Clarinet Lessons are offered by Cranbourne Music School. If your a seasoned musician, learning to play in a band, or eager to learn music for the very first time, one on one music lessons is the best approach to developing your skills.
