On this fun and entertaining workshop you will get back to basics with ingredients. The joy of baking bread from scratch and the smell of freshly baking bread are increasingly forgotten in this era of the ‘white sliced’ loaf. We’ll teach you all you need to know to bake your daily bread, without the need for specialist equipment so you can easily recreate the recipes in your own kitchen at home.

In this class you will be making our classic white sourdough and seeded sourdough, as well as sourdough pizza for lunch. Designed to show how the techniques and processes used in a professional bakery can be applied at home, you will get hands-on experience mixing, shaping, scoring and baking.
