Break dancing, also known as “B-boying” or “B-girling”, is a dynamic style of dance that is part of Hip Hop culture and emerged out of the Hip-Hop movement in the South Bronx of New York City during the late 70′s and early 80′s – but the style of break dancing is still going strong today! Combining groovy footwork and acrobatic moves, it is a style that can be quite demanding, but is also loads of fun and great to give you a bit of confidence on the dance floor.

A variety of dance classes are available from Hip Hop, Modern Tap, Commercial Jazz, Contemporary, Aerial Silks, Ballet, Acrobatics, Burlesque, Pole Fitness/Tricks with some of Australia's Leading Instructors and Choreographers.
If you are interested in participating in more than one class we do have a deal called "The Recession Buster" which is a direct debit system of $22 per week and entitles you to unlimited classes (excludes pole) or we have the $32 deal which again entitles you to unlimited classes and includes pole.
Break dancing originated in NYC in the early 70's and is one of the Four Elements of Hip-Hop. In this physically demanding class, you’ll learn moves such as toprocking, uprocking, and freezes, as well as footwork and power moves.
Breaking is typically danced to hip-hop, funk and breakbeats, although modern trends allow for much wider varieties of music choices.
Break-dancing is also known as “B-boying” or “B-girling” and is one of the many elements of Hip Hop culture. An athletic and acrobatic class, you will learn how to Freeze, Floor Rock, top rock and drop while you gain excellent strength.
