This is US 17602 Apply hazard identification and risk assessment procedures in the workplace. The content of this course compliments the Permit to Work course, as those issuing (or receiving Permits) must understand the processes involved in identifying hazards and controlling risk.Â
Under the Health & Safety at Work ( Hazardous Substances) Regulations 2017 a person conducting a business or undertaking (PCBU) is required to have one or more certified handlers if your workplace uses, handles, manufactures or stores certain hazardous substances.
Trainees undertaking this course will be provided with the knowledge and skills to operate a forklift safely and competently according to WorkSafe.
Our EWP training facility is purpose build and designed to encourage and support all learners. The training is a combination of classroom with "real workplace" practical using industry approved equipment.
