Multi-Trade Construction - Level 1

This course is designed to provide an opportunity to study the different elements of construction if you are not certain which pathway you want to

How will I be assessed?

Each of the listed units generate an end exam which will be undertaken in our examination suite. There are 2 on line exams which are Health and Safety and Principles of building, all the others are paper based and all exams are multiple choice.

Assessments are carried out throughout the year in both practical and theory to enable you to reach and exceed your full potential.

What will this lead to?

You will have opportunities to progress to each level providing you have successfully completed the previous level, so from Level 1 you can progress up to level 3 in your third year.

Once you have completed your diplomas and whilst you are still studying,  you will be able to look at progressing into an apprenticeship where you will then have the opportunity to gain an NVQ in brickwork.

Completion of a level 3 Diploma and NVQ can open up opportunities to progress into Professional Construction studies such as HNC where you can move up the ladder into site management and other professional roles within the industry.
