You’ll gain comprehensive understanding of the core principles related to construction project management, including management of resources, scheduling of work, construction and production processes, and be able to mitigate constraints due to various factors such as environmental, financial, contractual, and issues related to health and safety in construction projects.
You’ll develop new ideas and learn about the briefing, planning, delivery, and procurement of built assets. You’ll also gain an awareness of the various regulatory requirements and the relationships that exist between other disciplines associated with construction.
