The BBA (Real Estate) program provides comprehensive business education with a specialization in real-estate-related fields, ranging from real estate finance, investment, development, valuation, and asset management, to urban planning and estate management. Real estate graduates will be equipped with unique expertise in coupling the spatial, financial, social, and environmental attributes of real estate to play key roles in creating and maintaining a high-quality, sustainable built environment.
The BBA (RE) program is supported by a strong NUS real estate alumni network. Students in the program will have opportunities to be mentored by industry leaders. With direct access to a second major or minor in other business domains as well as opportunities to study for a second major or minor beyond business domains, BBA (RE) students can benefit from broad-based education and training to give them a further edge for a successful career in real estate and beyond.
