This programme provides participants with a strategic tool to manage their operations. Plans and budgets are management tools to organize resources and guide actions. 

The competitive environment and complex workplace make achievement of result with limited resources challenging. Plans and budgets are not cosmetics for board room consumption – they are the managers’ tools to get things done.

Objective:
