Resilience has become an important employee attribute; employers want and need people with the ability to deal with change and uncertainty.
We help individuals to become more self-aware and in tune with their personal responses to stress and to develop a positive image of the future and move on (bounce back) from setbacks quickly.
As human beings, we can be overwhelmed by the things that happen to us so we need to look after number one as it is essential to personal resilience – this means getting enough sleep, taking regular exercise, good eating habits and spending time with family and friends and having fun.
Highly practical and interactive in its approach, this session provides the tools required to underpin and optimise existing employee well-being programmes and the opportunity to draft a personal well-being action plan.
