In this course, learners will learn to identify common signs and patterns of stress, apply appropriate stress management coping techniques and build mental resilience in early childhood settings.

Armed with the understanding of the physiology and awareness of stress and stressors including reframing negative experiences, educators will learn to apply the Teacher Coping Model (TCM) and BounceBack Framework for Resilience to better handle stress and improve their resilience.
