Rupali is a culinary expert, chef, author, cookery consultant, TV Show host with her own cookery show and promoter of Rupali's Cake Craft & Culinary Arts, her Epicurean Cookery School.

As Chef and TV Host of the very popular series 'Aks E Rasoi ' Rupali has completed over 300 episodes for the programme. She is the cookery consultant for Panasonic India.

Her articles have featured in prominent newspapers including Times of India, Hindustan Times, DainikJagran etc. She has also written and complied recipe books for Whirlpool Kitchen Appliances.

Rupali set up her centre of learning in Gurgaon, NCR in 2002 to teach and inspire young aspirants to discover the pure joy of cooking. Her practical, fun and informal approach makes the learning process simple and enjoyable and has helped createmany experts along the way.

Classes are structured simply and work for novices starting out for the first time, homemakers wanting to learn newer recipes and styles, enthusiasts eager to add new dimensions and special advanced courses for Chefs.
