The Academy Business Administration & Technology Programme will allow you to explore the world of business, office work, and contact centres as you learn about office systems and customer service. You will learn financial literacy skills, as well as customer service techniques for face-to-face communication and over the telephone. In addition, you will develop good technical skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
