Throughout the course, participants will be introduced to a wide range of BA techniques derived from popular approaches including BABOK®, Agile and Scrum. They will be provided with an introduction to the systematic and best practice approach to business analysis, ultimately leading to maximising successful project outcomes.

This course aim to provide participants with a solid introduction to the business analysis capability, its associated practices, and techniques. By the end, participants will have a clear understanding of what the business analysis capability entails. Our goal is for participants to leave feeling empowered to contribute to a project as a business analyst, and successfully implement improvements that provide quantifiable benefits to their organisation.
