In this workshop, you will learn how to prepare an effective résumé and cover letter by analyzing job descriptions
The course will also cover how to compose business correspondence including emails, memoranda, letters and reports, with a focus on routine and persuasive messages. A review of grammar is also included.
The objective of this hands-on course is to prepare participants to construct comprehensive business reports, such as research reports and marketing and/or business plans.
