The course explores working with managers and co-workers from different cultures, experiencing yourself in the workplace and customer service strategies.

This course prepares students to communicate effectively in a wide variety of situations, including business correspondence, persuasive material, and tone-sensitive messages.
This session will wrap up with a review of common communication blunders and potential barriers to communication success
