Students are introduced to the law and practice of financing corporations in Canada.
This course will provide an overview of Canadian law and legal issues affecting business in Canada.
You will study forms of business organizations, with specific concentration on non-offering Ontario and federal corporations.
This course will introduce students to the components of the Canadian legal system, and will examine the effect of both common and statute law on business relationships.
