The primary purpose of this introductory course is to provide the student with a basic understanding of legal terminology and to highlight legal topics which those engaged in business activities may encounter.
Law is about relationships. It defines them, governs them, and settles disputes within them. These relationships are always between an individual and another stakeholder in society.
These relations include Individual to government, individual to society and individual to individual.

Emphasis will be placed upon the law of torts, contracts, sale of goods, agency, and business organizations.

Our History
