The core of the course requires critical legal thinking in the following areas: agreements, liability, property rights, constitutional rights, and different ways to set-up businesses and non-profit activities.
Additional topics will vary from semester to semester and may include crime, consumer protection, commercial transactions, creditor and debtor relations, and other timely legal topics.
