Business Law (Diploma)

• Apply suitable theories and knowledge to solve problem concerning the Malaysian legal system, the law of contract, the law of agency, the law of tort, the law of sale of goods and the law of hire purchase.
• Participate actively in class discussion related to the principles of the Malaysian legal system.
