As part of the BOA program, students will learn Canadian administrative procedures used in a Canadian work environment in combination with Microsoft Business Applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and QuickBooks.
At BTT College, our BOA training assumes that students have some previous experienced using Microsoft applications. However, we will refine and advance your current application and administrative skills through theory, and hands-on practice.
