The Boeing 767 Cabin Crew Door Trainer was donated by WestJet Inflight Training in 2020, after the retirement of the 767 fleet.
It is an important addition to the museum’s collection, representing the development of commercial aviation, specifically as it relates to Calgary, and the importance of safety.

This door trainer is only one of several involved in training and testing! Safety is the most important part of a Cabin Crew member’s job.
Stepping inside the trainer, you will also spot crew member uniforms, service items, and safety items including life jackets, a first aid kit, megaphone, and information safety cards.

The BCIT Tourism and Hospitality associate certificate focuses on the business of tourism and will prepare you for a role in B.C.’s 3rd largest industry. You’ll also develop a solid understanding of core business concepts including marketing, finance, and leadership.
Airport Operations is a 6 month certificate program will focus on day-to-day operations at the airport, study of Canadian Aviation Regulations, as well as core skills to work in various roles at the Airport.
This program is offered in Seneca's hybrid delivery format with some courses available in Seneca's flexible delivery format.
