Cabin Crew Training To Get You To The Top
Our Cabin Crew make a difference to every customer and make dreams come true – all while making sure safety is a top priority. So our industry-leading training program is designed to set you up with all the skills you need to soar. You’ll need bags of energy and enthusiasm to succeed, but you’ll also have a lot of fun along the way, meet other trainees, and make new friends.
You’ll learn everything you need to know in just four weeks and be ready to fly once you return to your base. Before you start, you’ll have some pre-course work to complete and then you’ll be ready to dive in (literally when it comes to the swimming assessment).

Engineering Apprenticeships
Ready for a fast-track route to licensed (Cat A) Aeronautical Engineer status in just two years? Then try our fully-funded programme out for size – it gives you the chance to earn, learn, meet new people and access some brilliant benefits. Through a mixture of classroom courses and practical experience, you’ll discover what it takes to keep our fleet in the air and our customers traveling in safety and comfort.
Work experience
Joining us on work experience is a great introduction to the aviation industry and your chance to get a feel for our Orange Spirit. We won’t let you fly a plane just yet, but you’ll get hands-on experience in the heart of the aviation and travel industry.
We offer placements from 4 days to 2 weeks for students at the schools we partner with in our Enterprise Advisor Network (speak to your careers advisor to find out if we partner with your school). This could be the start of a life-long journey with us.
This qualification is designed for anyone who'd like to work as cabin crew, including the duties carried out by cabin crew in the crew room.
You want to progress into employment
The Heathrow Aviation Academy “Air Cabin Crew Preparation” course is designed and delivered by highly experienced cabin crew members with the aim to prepare candidates from various backgrounds to successfully undertake and succeed in the Airlines application and selection process.
This qualification can help you get your first job working in a cabin crew team. You'll learn how to co-ordinate a safe flight - preparing the cabin, getting the passengers aboard, demonstrating safety procedures as well as learning how to deal with emergencies.
