Each participant will start with dark chocolate cake layers, a choice of white and dark chocolate buttercream, and a variety of fillings.
Together we will build the foundation skills of torting, damming, crumb coating, and more! We start with the basic construction, and from there we move into exquisite finishes that will make you look and feel like a rock star when you take your 8″ masterpiece home.
This is a great class for those that already know how to bake, but would enjoy learning more about decorating. Many of the skills you will learn in this class can be applied to many other baked goods and pastries. Cake… is only the beginning!
