This is your access to various categories of Group based classes throughout the week which ranges from CrossFit, Calisthenics, HIIT, Freeletics, Dance, Boxing, Endurance & Agility, Plyometrics, Tabata, Strength & Conditioning and our very unique T99 GAMEDAY conducted on Saturdays.
