Call centers are centralized offices used for receiving or sending large volumes of telephonic requests. There are inbound call centers for incoming product support inquiries and outbound call centers for telemarketing, solicitation of donations, debt collection and market research.
This one-day skills based training course has been designed to ensure that delegates are capable, through practical tips and demonstrations, to collect an account through the use of a telephone.
This programme is based on the unit standard “Supervise Customer Service Standards” with 8 credits at NQF level 4, and is covered in a 3-day intensive small-group training intervention.
